[NLRS] Downeast NLRS club order

Hello NLRS land -

We are checking to see if there is enough interest in a DownEast Microwave club order.  This is a great opportunity to save some $$$ on DownEast equipment.  The snow season, and construction season, is just ahead of us!   If you think you may be interested, here is what you do.

Step 1.  Check out the DownEast club order discount at http://www.downeastmicrowave.com/clubdis.htm .   Any inquires sent to me asking me about the discount policy will be directed to this link.   Read the page, read the page, read the page.

Step 2.  The DownEast online catalog is at http://www.downeastmicrowave.com/cat-frame.htm .  Send me your order that includes the following info:
a)  Your call sign
b)  From the DownEast catalog, the model #, their description, their listed price, and your requested quantity.  
c)  Information about options for what you've ordered (for example, input drive level, split IF, etc, etc)

Step 3.  In a few weeks we should know if we have enough interest to meet the club discount criteria.  I will let NLRS know if and when we cross that threshold (ie, see the rules as discussed in Step 1 above).

Step 4.  When the order closes (in a few weeks) I will send the order to DownEast for DownEast to determine final cost.   When I receive the final cost confirmation back from them, I will share it with all those who ordered and collect your money then.   I will then confirm the order with DownEast and send them a single check.  

Step 5.  All items will be received from DownEast at the world headquarters of NLRS .... my house (for now).  You can make arragnements with me to pick-up.  I do not want to re-ship, but I will make exceptions for special causes.
