Results were down a bit from last year, but not nearly so bad as I
expected with the extra big push on the 10G contest this year:

	QSOs	Grids
50	95	39
144	87	33
222	40	19
432	53	23
902	15	10
1296	20	12
	310	136	64,328

Considering that last year I had a good number of aurora contacts in the
log, this is pretty decent. On 6m, all I found outside of the normal
ground range was a bit of sporadic-E to Florida, good for 14 Q's early
Saturday evening and another 2 Q's Sunday evening. On 2m the only
excitement was a great meteor Sunday morning - heard "K5QE" CW on .200,
called them on SSB, and managed to complete before the burn ended!

Rover activity was pretty good; thanks to KC0P/N0HZO, WA0VPJ, W0ZF,
N0LNO and WB0EBG for multiple Q's and grids, although it is
disappointing that the Limited-Rover category has some people leaving
bands at home! I also caught Lloyd NE8I/R from one grid in western
Michigan.

January 19-20 ... keep the weekend open for VHF Sweepstakes!

73,
Paul W0UC
