[NLRS] September VHF Contest for WA0VPJ/R

WA0VPJ/R will be out for the contest.  The current plan is as follows - 
Times are in local central time
 
Saturday
EN53  1:00pm to 2:30pm
EN52  3:30pm to 5:00pm
EN42  6:00pm to 7:30pm
EN43  8:30pm to 10:00pm
 
Sunday
EN44  8:00am to 10:00am
EN34  11:00am to 1:00pm
EN33  2:00pm to 4:00pm
EN35  7:00pm to 9:00pm
 
Both days we will be pointing towards Milwaukee and Chicago during the first 30 minutes and then pointing towards Minneapolis during the 2nd half hour. Rotating the 3rd half hour.
