Scroll down to " HP 620B Operating and Service Manual" and download.  It IS
big... 6.3M, so it make take some time depending on your connection.

I suspect that anti-static mats were not invented when the 620 sig gen was in
use.  Vaccum tubes didn't (don't ?) need them.  Usually, a lightning symbol
means "HIGH  VOLTAGE," so be careful.  The repeller voltage on a klystron can be
several hundred volts.  The connector may be for a synchronizer interface, or
may need to have a jumper plug built-up and used.  The manual "should" explain
it.
