[NLRS] Efratom Lpro101 Rubidium Standard

The LPRO 101 manual readily available at:

clearly calls for a heat sink rated at 2 degrees C per watt. It also
would like a heat spreader because the base plate has hot and cold spots.
Looks like any of these heatsinks from Mouser
www.mouser.com/Thermal-Management/Heat-Sinks/_/N-5gg0?P=1yzu11oZ1yzximeZ1yzrwguZ1yzxi6v&Keyword=heatsink&FS=True
will have adequate area and more than adequate heat dissipation. The
thing to do is to compare fin count and dimensions with those from the
Pacific rim to see if they will do as well.
Looks like from the manual that 18 volts is a valid supply voltage and
it leads to lower package power dissipation, though some elements have
to run hot to work.
Also in my latest Mouser printed catalog I see at least a couple vendors
of heat sink irregularity filling pads.
