[NLRS] Power on 5760 MHz

I have had 100% success so far using a Hakko 888 and 1.2mm tips along with
.38mm solder. The combination ensures there's not too much heat or solder.
I also have a ATTEN 850B reflow station that I use with silver solder paste
from Cash Olsen (http://kd5ssj.com), but honestly the former method is way
faster overall and you don't have to worry about solder bridges.
