[NLRS] June contest

I'll be on a hilltop in EN50rl as a Single-Op QRP Portable again. I
may not be set up until around 6 pm on Saturday because of some other
commitments during the day. But I should be around all Sunday. I
should have 50 thru 10368 MHz.

I'll also be on that hilltop this coming Saturday morning for MAD.
I'll have 1296 thru 10368 plus 144 for liaison.
