[NLRS] Open Grid dishes

Kirk originally had a photo attached to his email. The reflector
couldn't support the image. I meant to put the image somewhere
viewable but never got that done. As I recall it was stout horizontal
bars with about 2" spacing (natively). My eye said it would be good
for 2GHz and below. Anything higher would have "blowthrough" UNLESS
modded with the mesh screens being mentioned. Stout dish!

Correction: Grid ( not mesh )

Hi Kirk!

Are these "Mesh" C-Band satellite
or
"Grid" - made with welded wires for point-to-point UHF radio?

I'd be interested in the 4 ft and maybe 6 ft if they are the welded
wire
grid type

A friend of mine has several 4, 6, 8, and 10ft grid style dishes.

Does anyone know where he might be able to sell them?

This may be a dumb question but are they used for any amateur bands.
EME?

Kirk
