[NLRS] If you ever note a reflector problem...

Late yesterday, it seems a log-jam developed for both the NLRS and
BadgerContesters reflectors.
I made a posting about the beacons and noted it didn't immediately come
back to me via the reflector like normal. Hmmmmm. So I went and
checked the archives. Didn't show there yet either. So that meant that
the reflector software had not received my posting yet. Our normal
response when this happens should be to just wait. 2 or 3 hours would
be good--6 hours ideal. Then check the archives again. If it's still
hasn't come through the reflector, shoot me a direct email to bring me
into the loop.
In my case, I waited about 5 hours and checked the archives. Now my
message showed there (and two other test messages from NLRS members who
were noting the problem on their own :-) ) but still had not come back
to me via the reflector. That's when I kick into gear and contact the
QSL.net folks via their fault reporting channel. They are VOLUNTEERS so
immediate service is not to be assumed or expected. But in the middle
of the night, they noted my message, looked into it, found a log-jam and
cleared it. I think we can usually expect a response by the next
morning.
Also, if you ever get a bounce from the reflector not accepting your
posting--and the bounce message doesn't make sense, let me know and I
can look into it.
I have reason to believe that things are flowing smoothly now. And this
posting will test that for me :-) .
Boy, if you weren't at Aurora '12, you missed a good one. Catch it next
year!
