As I have said before, I try not to cross post from other reflectors, but this one from N0LNO is pertinent to us with the Central States VHF Society conference being so close to us this summer.  Please read on.

The website has a mix of old and new information.  The hotel registration
nformation is current.  When you make your reservation, state that you are
ttending either CSVHFS or the Central States VHF Society conference to get
he conference rate of $93.  If you have any problems, reply to this e-mail.
he statewide bike ride, RAGBRAI, overnights in Cedar Rapids on Thursday
uly 26.  So, get your room reservation in early.
The family program has lined up some unique opportunities in Iowa.  You will
ee an old church, a one room school house, the Lincoln Highway, a Frank
loyd Wright house, a concert, and a play.
The technical program is filling as we speak. We have new antenna designs,
onospheric propagation studies, and EME presentations.  If you would like
o present or write a paper, contact Rod Blocksome at K0DAS at ARRL.NET.

We hope to have the Collins Museum open on Thursday.  Watch the website for
etails.  Collins Inventory Disposal closed some time ago.
