[NLRS] 10 GHz Tune Up day Saturday 7 July

Hi all 10 gigers,

Because of there has been a number of under performing rigs recently
we will be having a tune up event at Indian Mounds Park in St. Paul.
The date is Saturday July 7th. The time frame is 9 AM to about Noon.

The park is located on Mounds Blvd overlooking the Mississippi
river, across the river from the St Paul Airport. We will be down the hill
from the Aero Beacon. The cross street is E Wilshire Place. This is
West of the beacon on the flats. If you need directions let me know.

The plan is to test dishes and offer suggestions for mechanical 
improvements.
We will try to do RX sensitivity testing as well. Donn is still working 
to get
the testing equipment working.  Do we have a few volunteers to help with the
antenna and other testing? Please let us know.

There is an optional picnic after. We will move up the hill to the Aero 
Beacon
to find some shade. Bring your own food, drinks, chairs, table, grill etc.

If it's needed we will repeat the testing on Saturday July 21st. Same 
time frame.
This will give everyone two weeks to fix any problems.
