[NLRS] N9LB will be QRV for the ARRL VHF Contest

Hi Lloyd,

I'll be looking for you! I probably won't be active till 6 or 7 pm on
Saturday but will be around all day Sunday. I hope at least part of the
contest isn't a 6 meter contest so I can talk people into running some of
the bands.
