[NLRS] Bands Are Way Up this morning

Looking at the radars it seems like all of ND and SD is in it...but not
MN...until tomorrow?

I am hearing the NT0V 432 beacon about S7 ( usually S1) and may 10 G beacon
is S9+10 instead of S2....so there is a good enhancement that is outside of
the Red River valley this morning
