[NLRS] Bands are up

Conditions were very poor here yesterday for MAD. I made a couple 1296
QSO's and one on each band 2304 and 3456 (with W9OBG). Several
attempts at 10 GHz produced no results. W9OBG and I couldn't work on
5760.
