[NLRS] 2M Tropo building out east

If the red spots are anything to go by, There is a 2M band opening 
building in the eastern half of the country again right now at 
9:00-9:20AM. I'm seeing two big blotches of APRS activity on the east 
coast, one along the seaboard from New Jersey to Georgia and another 
from Michigan-Ohio to Oklahoma-Arkansas. The latter is building as I 
watch. And there is a nice bar starting from Minnesota across North Dakota.

That probably means that conditions are already building across the east 
half of the country. Check the link above in another hour to see if it 
continues or dies..... Not as good yet as earlier in the week, but keep 
an eye open.

Remember, these reports are based on APRS FM signals being heard direct 
between known locations. By the time these reports are out, you should 
already be making SSB contacts. Also note that DXSherlock isn't showing 
anything yet although people could have been making contacts for an hour....
