[NLRS] two meter e skip

thank you Matt for the alert!  Like K9JK I was able to pull the rover gear
out and rack up several contacts to the SE on 6 meters.  I think I missed
the 2 meter open becuase I didn't get on the air until 7 p.m.
Rain drops cause me to shutdown around 8:45 CDT.  73 Matt K0BBC
