I found a bootleg jpg of an ARRL map that I like, but I've also generated
maps using the Azimuthal Equidistant Projection maps at:
http://www.wm7d.net/azproj.shtml
There is a way to have the program color in grids, at least when run locally
on a unix or linux box.
