Hello BCers and NLRSers,

As it seems there are perennially a few of our members who need to be REMINDED
of looming deadlines for Log Submissions (you know who you are), Let this serve
AS that REMINDER.

Submission Deadline is Tuesday of next week, 7/10 at 10pm for those of us in the
Central Time Zone (9pm for the Eastern Time Zone members of BC). Remember that,
while it does "say" 7/11/2012 is the deadline, that is in UTC and the time is
0300Z (which is the 'local' day prior) so the DEADLINE DAY IS TUESDAY.

Analysis - of 1062 listed on the Logs Received Report (copied and imported to
Spreadsheet at about 5pm Central on 7/6):

The "None" club is topping the Club Name list with 66 entries assigned there
(all right, they don't really count).

Then that leaves Society of Midwest Contesters as the Top Club name with 45 Logs
(though 1 is a Checklog). SMC has not yet made it to the Unlimited Club
Threshold of 51 this year (though there may be a number of Paper Logs that do
not get included in the Logs Received Report). Will SMC repeat in their string
of being >>the<< Unlimited Club for ARRL June Contests?

Interesting for 2012 is that Potomac Valley Radio Club is not THAT far behind
SMC with 41 Logs listing PVRC as their club. Could PVRC break over the 51 log
minimum and 'challenge' SMC's "reign" of being the 'only' Unlimited Category
entrant in June? The posting to 3830 by the Grid Pirates (K8GP) shows a score of
over a million and lists PVRC as the club so that could be quite a headstart on
aggregate score total if PVRC does make it to 51 logs for June.

NLRS is 14th on the list with 11 Logs listed but slightly surprising that the
Minnesota Wireless Association is ahead of NLRS tied for 12th place with 14
Logs.

BC is tied for 15th place with 10 logs presently listed (but I believe at least
TWO of those 'needers of reminding' will specify BC as their club; HELLO Bruce
and Ken ;-).

I hope this has been useful and interesting. I'll run my 'analysis' again after
the Claimed Scores are revealed, probably Thursday or Friday of next week
(7/12-13).

73, JK
