[NLRS] Surplus in Cedar Rapids

I just was looking to see about surplus in the Cedar Rapids area. 
Collins dispersal store now sells only to schools. They send other stuff 
to Heartland Recovery at North Liberty who is having a sealed bid sale 
this week. About 65 batches of test equipment, some admittedly only 
useful for parts.
