[NLRS] NLRS breakfast dates for 2013

I'll vote for June 15th.
This moves Breakfast away from the Twins LAN Tailgate Swapfest at 
3M, which is (always ?) held on the first Saturday of June.  Its 
usually worth while to go to the Swapfest, but then Breakfast 
gets skipped.
