[NLRS] Accessory plugs for TE amps

P.S. The center conductor of good RG-6 is 18 gauge often copperweld, 
suitable for making tube socket plug pins. I also have a roll of that 1" 
spaced open wire that I could cut a bit off. The center conductor of 
RG59 is smaller.
