[NLRS] Shack Cleaning

Good Evening NLRS land,

I am doing some shack cleaning / upgrading and have a few items for sale. 
It is not to late to hint to Santa
or the XYL that you need a stocking stuffer or two.  I figured I would put 
stuff up here before it goes on
QTH.

If you have something to horse trade I will think about it but like I said I 
am trying to pair down some of
the extra stuff and upgrade a couple of items.

1.  Kenwood TS-2000X.  I am the original owner and this radio was down to 
Burghardt's about a year ago
for the IF filter replacement / ECO.    Hand mic, power cord and manual 
included, small accessories such as
fuses and connectors likely scattered.  I believe I have the original box in 
the shed.  Electronically sound,
cosmetic 9/10    $1550

2.  ICOM IC-275H With power cord and possibly hand mic, manual may be a 
printed copy.   Electronically
sound but has not been used much lately so controls could be sticky , 
cosmetically 8/10.  $600

3.  ICOM IC-575H With power cord and possibly hand mic, manual may be a 
printed copy.   Electronically
sound but has not been used much lately so controls could be sticky, 
cosmetically 8/10.  $600

4.  Command Tech HF-1250 Amplifier.   Works well, good tube.  Manual was not 
with the amp when I got
it but may be available.   Electronically fine,   7/10 cosmetically, no 
dents but the paint is a bit dinged up.
This was owned by a smoker at one time but I have not detected any smell 
from it.   This is the one tube
version of the HF-2500 and is built like the proverbial outhouse.  $1250

5,  ICOM IC-706MKIIG, stock radio, no extra filters  Electronically fine, 
cosmetically 8.5/10.  Includes hand
mic, power cord and manual.    Original box may be here too but have not 
seen it for a while.  $650

6.  DEMI 6m preamp.  Measured 18 dB of gain, BNC connectors, no relaying. 
$40

7  Kenwood TS-830S.  Very nice cosmetically 9+/10 and was working well last 
time I tried it.   With this vintage
of radio there is always something so unless there is a major issue with it 
it will be as is.   $450

7a.  Kenwood KB-1 Knob.  Rare.  Sought after. Original box.   $100 with the 
TS-830S, $125 otherwise.

7b.  Kenwood MC-50 Mic.  Clean.  $50 with the TS-830S  $75 otherwise.

8.  ICOM IC-R71A.  Nice clean receiver, works well.  8.5/10 cosmetically. 
No remote.  $350
