[NLRS] ARRL 10m contest this coming weekend Upper Midwest "watering hole"

NLRS'ers:

There are several Badger Contesters that will be on for the 10m Contest.
Maybe you'll want to get on, too.

Many years, I can hear local IL, WI, and MN stations on groundwave or
backscatter. Needing their mult, I call and call. But they only are
hearing loud skip signals. I propose a "watering hole" for Friday and
Saturday evenings IF the band has folded up.

Times: 1900L SSB and 1930L CW
Freqs: 28.490 SSB and 28.090 CW

Sigs will be WEAK and need your weak-signal techniques like repeats :-)

If the bands are dead at the start tonight, I'll gravitate towards those
freqs. I could use some of the close-in mults.
