ICM will do it right the first time. Their crystals are first quality.

N0QFK at Sheldahl, IA has been using GE radios for repeaters for years. 
He might have spare elements to be borrowed for testing and tuning. I 
recall the GE receivers going deaf regularly from corrosion in the helicals.
