[NLRS] Truckers on 144.100 FM

We get it through Thunder Bay as well and gets worse during hunting season
in the fall..
We hear lots of French stations so something tells me a company or companies
in Quebec may be selling these to truckers...

I am now hearing them weakly here ( cross polarized) in Winnipeg and will
try to refer it to Industry Canada.
