[NLRS] Truckers on 144.100 FM

I am now hearing them weakly here ( cross polarized) in Winnipeg and will
try to refer it to Industry Canada.

In case anyone has not run across them there is a group of Canadian truckers

operating on 144.100 FM.   Operation seems
to be on both side of the boarder and I was receiving them for a while this 
morning.   They are with a company called
Smart Choice out of Reinfeld, MB.  Their address is 238 Reinfeld St. N., R6W
1L4, and their phone number is 204-331-4121.

I am an OO and have reported this up the food chain several times.   The 
information was passed on to Laura Smith at the FCC, hopefully she passed it
on to her Canadian counterparts and eventually something will be done about
it.  It has not affected my EME operations (yet) but it is damn annoying
seeing a S9+20 signal 30KHz wide pop up in the middle of the weak signal
band.

They are coming through again this morning.

A few more reports of this would not hurt either especially if they came
hams north of the boarder direct to their own regulator agency.
