Soapbox: I threw the FT100 in the car with a 432 omni loop and my 5.7 and 10 GHz dishes on Sunday mid-morning for the uW activity hour.  I operated from just two grids; EN34 & EN35 and mostly lighting up downtown.  Fun to work K0KFC and N9CHA on 10 gigs.  Both guys were over at Jim's place in Wisc.  5.7 works very well off of downtown too.  W0UC made it into the 432 log from both locations .... a tribute to his station as I was running 20w and a loop at 9'.
