[NLRS] Spring VHF Sprints so far

It seems operation in this one was sparse from what I've heard. A lot of
people listened and called CQ and made no QSO's at all.
:-(
I don't know how conditions were other than I copied the ones I worked OK
and they said they copied me OK. Sure wish I'd have been able to work you!
