[NLRS] Look for a New Call - KD0KIH, Dennis, in EN34 (operating at W0VB as a Rookie)

Dennis, KD0KIH, will be operating my station using his call....  and the 
"Rookie entry classification".

He is new to everything, VHF contesting, SSB, N1MM logging program, and high 
power on 222 Mhz using a narrow 7WL antenna and a Flex5000A radio.

He's very excited to participate in the contest. Here's hoping we all have 
excellent conditions tonight.
