For Sept. 21st, one option is K8TQK EM89je on 144.250,
starting at 0030Z. This is a reach for a lot of you, but if anyone
can make a 400-500 mile trip on 2m SSB, it's K8TQK. Bob
doesn't turn west until about 8-8:15pm central time.
The other net control is WB9LYH in EN54cl, starting at
0100Z. (This net will start one hour later, effective first Wed.
in October). Mark starts out looking northeast, and then goes
clockwise a full 360 over the next 60-90 minutes.

   Last night's 2m Fall Sprint was a great time. I worked 42
contacts in 20 grid squares (6 states) in 4 hours last night.
There's a writeup with more detail at kc9bqa.com.

PS: As reported earlier, KA0KYZ's 144.230 net from
EN33qw at 0200Z is *off* until early Nov.
If someone else in S MN, IA, E NE, N MO, E KS or E SD
wants to help out, email me and we can discuss it. It would be
great to keep the 144.230 activity going, even if it's just on a
temporary basis.
