[NLRS] Contest Plans

Plan to be on the contest for at least the first few hours on 6m from EN07.    Will be active 
on SSB, ISCAT and FSK441 if there are any rocks.  SSB monitoring 125, working 140 or so,
digital monitoring 260, working 265 or so.

After that it is camping, that season is coming to an end so need to take advantage.

By June with luck and a large pile of concrete hope to be up on several more bands.
