I'll be using the antennas and some of the rigs at the WB0BQV QTH,
possible some multi op if 6 were to get really busy. His antennas are in
better shape than mine and haven't been exercised in a contest before.
We'll be using his call most likely on 6, 2, and 432. Grid EN32EC a mile
from my old QTH. In town so subject to more computer hash and trees
trying to act as shields.

If I get my 10G transverter fixed, there's a possibility I could run
outside of town as a rover for 10G contacts. Its apart on the bench
tonight with an apparently shorted first RF stage. I have spare parts
and a new work bench.

Rovers beware of the Ames area on Saturday. Iowa and Iowa State are
playing at Iowa State and they've sold 55,000 tickets. The game begins
at 11 on Saturday, probably run several hours. Don't plan to stay in 40
or 50 miles of Ames unless you had reservations from last year and
expect heavy traffic, especially going to the east after the game. I'm
sure there will be many parties before, during, and after the game so
drivers may be a little unaware of their surroundings. Traffic gets much
lighter during the actual game hours and its possible to eat and shop in
relative quiet, except for all the store radios with the game play by play.
