[NLRS] N9LB will be QRV for the u-Wave Fall Sprint

I'll be on for the u-Wave Fall Sprint from my home QTH - EN52hv.
( near Madison, WI )

Will have 902/903, 1296, and hopefully 2304 if I can get it working in 
time.

I'll also have 144 running to coordinate u-Wave contacts.
