[NLRS] Tropo conditions -- hot

Gary W0GHZ was 50db above the noise on 1296 this morning with his booming 5watts!! This is about 30db above normal. Same was true on 902 -- 72db above the noise. Only twice have I seen/heard him stronger. 10Ghz was enhanced only 4 or 5db . 

I still have yet to copy the WD9BGA beacon (144.298).... something is very different there. I used to hear it pretty much all the time.
