[NLRS] ARRL VHF UHF Advisory Committee (VUAC) looking for publicinput

Apparently FOUR recipients OTHER than the 
nlrs(at)mailman.qth.net triggers mesages to have to wait for 
moderator approval so HERE is a RE-Send of my message to JUST 
the NLRS Reflector.
