[NLRS] June contest spread sheet & W0ZQ/R

W0ZQ/R plans to be out and about for the June contest.   Life is complicating my planing, so unsure of what bands, when, and where.  Its quite an effort to throw the full ten bands together, and give that June is the 6m contest and given my conflicts, I may look to go with fewer bands, maybe a Limited Rover, TBD.   At this time I do plan to be out somewhere with something.
