[NLRS] 5.7 portable

[Zack Widup]

If I weren't so far away we could give it a try. But it's a ways
between EN21 and EN50. I've worked that far before on 5760 but in the
openings that only happen once or twice a year.

I suppose rain scatter is a possibility.
