[NLRS] Test (recent problem for sbcglobal addressees)

I have checked with my client who supplies my e-mail server and he's
checking. I have forwarded this to him. I was still blocked this morning
but I took out the disable for NLRS myself and checked the others I'm
subscribed to and several had me high on the way to being disabled.

This is qth.net, not qth.com, different servers I think.

I saw no bounces, just a message saying I was shut off because of
bounces. So after I got enabled I sent my test message.
