[NLRS] Test - Please ignore

OK, so if you've NOT ignored, I've sent this to see if my 
messages are still REACHING the reflector (which I can check 
through the Archives, by 'pulling' to see if content at least 
GOT there, instead of the normal 'push' which is passive for 
me).

Starting to wonder if these IP Address and server "black lists" 
are getting out of control or if it's just that the ISPs have 
stopped playing together nicely.
