I can't say for sure. Probably only KC0FQZ would know for sure.

But... In each of the years we've been there, the room downstairs that we 
use for the afternoon technical session has been opened up quite early in 
the AM, to enable me to take care of the A/V setup. Therefore, I assume 
that the doors to the church will be open early. I just don't know if the 
church has any plans to be using the upstairs foyer that would prevent us 
from socializing there.
