[NLRS] States Above 50 MHZ - Gift certificate

Nice to see postings of tropo and e-skip again on the reflector....
And, that is also a reminder of the Central States VHF Society's
"States Above 50 MHZ awards program....  This year the 
society will be awarding a $100 gift certificate to one of the
log entries containing at least 30 band states/provinces.  This 
will be a random drawing at the Irving, TX conference July 29 & 30.
As in past years the top three will be awarded plaques...all
enties will recieve certificates...

This year, submit your logs (either e-mail or USPO) by July 27 to...
