[NLRS] Graphic Map of NLRS 175 mile "Service Area" requested

Concerning circles, SMC had a really neat one. So I asked the author if I
could modify it for Badger Contesters. He said no problem. I made the
following:

To turn it on, you have to select a circle from the pull-down menu.  Does
MWA use a version of this too?  Anyways, if we want to do something like
this, all you have to do is email the guy and ask. Then modify the code. 
And you have to get a token from Google to use in the webspace whereever
the file is stored.

And yes, there is some elegance to fixed images, too :-)
