[NLRS] N9LB Plans for Microwave Sprint

Yeah, the forecast calls for thunderstorms. Since I am driving 150 miles for
some QSO's in this one, I hope to at least dance between the raindrops and
work a few people.
I'll probably start out in EN52sa around 7 or 8 am and then move at some
time to EN62cc. The path from the parking lot at EN62cc (Willow Hill Golf
Course) is obstructed to the north so I will be mainly looking east and
south from there.
