[NLRS] New Start Time Tonight for 144.240 Net

    I should have mentioned in last night's email that the flagship 
144.240 net, usually hosted by WB9LYH, is switching over to a 
0100Z/8pm central/9pm eastern start time.   This is effective 
tonight, and will continue until at least September.   

    I also want to thank WB9LYH for putting his huge signal on 
the air with this net for the past year and a half.  Mark has the 
better reach, and since our goal is to find as much activity as 
possible, I'm most grateful.   

    Periodically, Mark isn't available.  When that happens, I am 
alternate net control on 144.240.   I already know that I will be 
ON for Wed., May 11th.
