[NLRS] Places to live in Texas

On my map, Dripping Springs is 20 miles from the center of Austin. On mt
topo map, Dripping Springs is about 1150 ASL while most of Austin is
below 850 though the adjacent Signal Hill is 1100 ASL. The land seems to
rise going west from Dripping Springs reaching 1750 at Monument Hill
about 25 miles est of Dripping Springs and 1700 at Fredericksburg where
several hills pass 1900 ASL east of the city. I suspect outside of city
limits, there are few zoning rules if any at all. Nor services. Just
that the city limits may be way beyond the visible population occupied
area, like Plano, Allen, and McKinney 48 years ago. Where today the
boundary lines between those towns are buried in urban sprawl.
