Thanks Paul.  The NLRS website, http://www.nlrs.org/, has been updated with this link, plus there is a new link to the ARRL UHF Contest rules.   Note that this is the first ARRL contest with the change to the SOLP rule that allows 50 watts output on 902 and up .... maybe those rovers can hear all you SOLP guys now !     Also note the rule change that states that the ransmit power level is measured at the output of the final stage of amplification (not at the end of the coax run).
