Hello NLRS land.
Here is a cross post from the VHFContesting reflector. The email is from the ARRL's Contest Manager, KX9X, reminding everyone that if you were a single operator and used assistance during the June VHF contest that you should submit your log as a MultiOp as there is no assistance allowed in the single op category.

Hi Folks-
I'm seeing several log submissions for the ARRL June VHF QSO Party that
are in the Single Operator category, but claim the use of spotting
assistance.
As a reminder, the use of spotting assistance (packet cluster, DX
Summit, Internet chat rooms, etc) places you in the MULTIOPERATOR
category. If you operated on 4 or fewer bands, you can enter Limited
Multioperator; if you operated on 5 or more bands, you should enter the
Multioperator category.
If you used spotting assistance this weekend as a Single Operator,
please resubmit your log in the correct category.
