[NLRS] Did someone attempt to add my information to the Spreadsheet?

In the rush to get out for the contest, I barely had time to send out my
information via the reflector as to my route.  I never got a chance to
go in and update the spreadsheet with my information.
 
It has come to my attention that I am being blamed for messing up the
spreadsheet.
 
Is there a log file as to who makes updates to that spreadsheet, and if
so can someone please review it and confirm to the list that I never
submitted changes to the spreadsheet.  I don't like being wrongly
accused of breaking things.
