[NLRS] kd0ebt Needs Help with Log recovery

I think a partial log submission would be most destructive for all the
missing contacts would be deleted from those station's logs. I think it
would be best for all the stations contacted to not submit a partial log.

Otherwise search your hard drive for files containing your call or some
call in the log. Look especially for deleted files with those calls
which might take some special software for reading deleted files. In
Mudsoft operating systems, generally only a file name is marked deleted
by changing the first letter of the file name, the contents are only
deleted by a special disk cleaning operation or sometimes by a
defragmentation pass. A deleted file may be recovered in pieces and need
some editing to put it back together, though a file undelete utility can
probably find the directory entry with the links to all the file pieces
on the drive even if fragmented.
