[NLRS] Question about DXSherlock spots

Hoping someone can answer this for me.

I am seeing alot of spots on DXSherlock from the East Coast into Europe this morning on 6M.  Many
of the spots have a comment like
     
      27 DB 21 WPM DX

      This would appear to be the output of a program of some sort.  Can someone clue me in as to what
      I am seeing.
